Sound-absorbing and sound-insulating panel clad with a KRION® sheet, code 1100 Snow White EAST/K – Life.
The panel is designed to be installed in HE steel profiles with spacings of 3000/4000 mm and variable heights.
The panel is CE certified according to EN 14388.
The panel consists of:
– Load-bearing frame in galvanised and painted steel, made of press-bent “C” elements along the perimeter, vertical and horizontal, 20/10 thick, fixed together with angle brackets and galvanised cl. 8.8 hexagon-head screws complete with their nuts and washers;
– Noise side made of a KRION® panel, code 1100 Snow White EAST/K – Life, 12 mm thick, CNC-routed with patterns chosen by the Works Supervisor, so as to obtain a void-to-solid ratio between 30 and 40%. The sheet is composed of 2/3 natural minerals (ATH, aluminium trihydrate) and a proportion of high-strength resin. Recyclable material (at the end of its life the material can be reprocessed and reused in the production cycle). It is non-porous, resistant to bending and compression, resistant to solar radiation, antistatic, resistant to chemicals and fire resistant according to UNI EN 13501, classified in Euroclass B-S1 DO – EB1 (with no limitations on compliance with DIN 4102).
– The sound-absorbing material consists of a mat of thermoset recycled polyester fibre, laid three-dimensionally and non-needled, 80/100 mm thick and with a density of 30 kg/m3, protected on one side with a black glass veil or non-woven fabric. It is a non-toxic, hypoallergenic product, obtained from polyester yarn and staple with interwoven fibres, without the addition of chemical components and/or adhesives.
– Receiver side made of a solid galvanised and painted sheet, RAL range, or alternatively a timber panel, fixed to the structural frame with self-drilling screws in galvanised or 304 stainless steel.
