STEEL 50L/10

Single-absorption panel for road, motorway and railway use, made of galvanised steel.
Designed to be installed in HE steel profiles with spacings of 3000/4000 mm and variable heights.
The external surface treatment consists of powder coating, subsequently cured in a high-temperature oven. The minimum film thickness is 60 μm. Colours available: the full RAL range.
The panel is CE certified according to EN 14388.
The panel consists of:
– Half-shell facing the noise source in galvanised steel, thickness 10/10. The surface is profiled and has holes 10 mm in diameter. The void-to-solid ratio is 38% of the exposed area.
– Internal mineral wool mat, 50 mm thick and with a density of no less than 85 kg/m3, protected on the noise-exposed side with a black glass veil.
– Spacing element in sound-absorbing fibre material.
– Half-shell facing the receiver in galvanised steel, thickness 10/10, profiled and unperforated.
– Side closures consisting of two plastic end caps, fitted with soft flaps to ensure the acoustic effectiveness of the system.
– Along the long edges of the panel, the containing structure has male/female joints for assembling the modules and stacking them.
